General Shipping
Gifts shipped to you from MILCC should arrive within 30 calendar days. We currently provide free worldwide shipping.
If you do not receive your gift within 30 calendar days of your payment, please contact us and we will advise you of the status within 2 business days.
If you are unhappy with shipping, service or any product, please report it and we can resolve it.
Refund/Exchange Policy: Our gifts are guaranteed to be free of defects and will arrive exactly as described. Please inspect the gift immediately upon arrival and inform us of any concern right away. You have 7 days from the time of arrival to receive 100% refund of your donation. We will send you a Shipping Label upon request to send the gift back to us for a refund. Additionally you may exchange this gift for any reason within 37 days from the purchase date. You are responsible for return freight on an exchange.
